Thanks for the input.  I didn't notice any high sending activity, but I did 
catch an 'Alias loop' error, where apparently a user has two accounts and 
has set their forwarding from one account to the other, causing a loop.  I 
cleared this up and will see if it has any effect, but I don't think this is 
what's caused the dr watson error, but hopefully it was!
