Sounds an awful lot like the old Outlook checking the mail before it's finished downloading and removing from the previous timed check.
In short, when using pop3 all mail is downloaded and then all mail is removed from the server. Outlook starts downloading and doesn't finish before the next time to check occurs. It starts downloading again. The mail hasn't been deleted from the server so you get a second copy...... tom wrote: > Hello, > > I am having the same problem here.
