well rick, if you read a bit of that guys email that you were responding to, he did mention the users mail boxes were on another system housing user, managers, removals, indicating that they do have a legitimate mail list and implying by having a removal mailbox alone, they are at least attempting to be legitimate and have an actaul opt-in mail list or at the very least a list that you 'can' opt-out of. and how many bugtraq ppl do you think there are that just get the condensed bugtraq list daily, i wonder how many emails get shot out in one hour to those?
