It makes an overflow directory in the imail spool when it is
   needed. It works extremely well.

H> How does one get Queue to load when the server reboots?

   Imail loads it.

H> How does one turn Queue off?

[1] Stop the IMail SMTP service,

[2] Use regedit to change the
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Ipswitch\IMail\Global\SendName key
so that the part reading "declude.exe" is changed to "smtp32.exe"
(for example, if it reads "C:\IMail\Declude.exe",
      change it to "C:\IMail\smtp32.exe")

[3] Restart the IMail SMTP service,

[4] Copy any files from \IMail\spool\overflow to \IMail\spool.

It works great just like all of other Scott's products. But unless
you are having overflow problems then don't worry about it. You
don't need it. If you do have overflow problems just remember that
   there is help.
