She  likely  did  not have AUTH turned on for this session, or gave an
incorrect  password,  or  else  you did not show us the "...treated as
local" log line that would parallel the login.

I  have major doubts that *this* is the message that went through. The
ERR  lines  uniformly  mean the message was rejected. Is there nothing
else in your logs related to this recipient (say, forwards?)?
