Yes it is possible. Exchange 5.5 supports directory import from a CSV file.
Exchange 2000/Active Directory supports import from an LDF file or from CSV file. The trick would be to get your directory from Imail formatted correctly into a CSV file. As for migrating data, Outlook Express is your friend. Run Outlook Express and Outlook/Exchange simultaneously and use Export command in Outlook Express. All your data will be pumped into the mailbox that Outlook is holding open.
