Marshal,

Using IMail 7.13 and Outlook Express 6, I see a different behavior than the
one you mention, namely:

If I create a message in OE and save it in my "Drafts" folder -- note the
final "s" --, then when I use IMail Web Messaging and open the "Drafts" (not
the native "Draft") folder, the message is NOT ready for further editing but
rather appears as a received one. (I can pick it up in OE and finish it
later, though, but that's outside IMail.)

However, just like you, using only Web Messaging to save and retrieve a
draft, everything is fine and opening a message saved in the "Draft" -- no
trailing "s" -- folder puts me in "compose" mode, as it should.

Using Imail 7.12 with IMAP and Web interface.

If I create an email in Outlook and save it in my Draft folder on the
server using IMAP, I can pick it up in either Outlook or I-Mail Web
messaging and finish it later. If I start a message and save it using
the web interface, I can finish it in the web interface later, but if I
try to open it and finish it from Outlook, it opens like a received
message rather than in a composition window. Hopefully in the next
version?

Marshal
