These are dialup accounts. RADIUS is supposed to be setting every client's MTU size to 576. Maybe some clients are ignoring this RADIUS suggestion? Oddly, almost all users with Windows 98SE are not having these problems. Only a handful are. Were there various version of DUN or TCP that caused this difficulty in some, but not in others? Would an update to DUN 1.4 or the Customer Service Pack be useful on these machines? I guess I hadn't even considered this as an option.
