This did not fix the problem.  In fact, the problem doesn't exist using
Netscape or Opera on the same machines that Internet Explorer doesn't work
on.  I've ugpraded IE to no avail.

Something's broken, but I don't know what for sure.  This problem didn't
exist when I was running IMail on NT4.  Now that it's on 2000 AS the problem
exists (and iwebmsg likes to hog the cpu all the time, which also never
happened before).
