Is it set to your ISP's DNS servers?

Yes I host my own DNS records over here, Have been for over a year,
And, I have always used a static ip & IMail has always worked.

  But it is working now, Unfortunantly I have to use my ISP's IP Address
But, I would rather use there's than not being able to use my mail
server
