John, I completely agree with all of your points, save for the first item:

- If you're a newbie administrator with Imail, you may not even know an 
FAQ or an archive exists.  Yes, you should read all the documentation 
and readme first files, but in reality, not many do.

- The archive list is almost useless in its current format simply 
because you can't do any type of smart search on the contents (such as 
subject, date posted, etc).

- Though you didn't mention the knowledge base, it does have a wealth of 
  information, but like the archive list, getting to what you need is 
cumbersome at best.

- As Ipswitch's tech support gets worse, more people are relying on this 
forum to get answers, hence the reason we might be seeing more of the 
same type of questions all the time.
