I've always had success searching the archives.  If I need info on SMTP I
enter SMTP not "why does my SMTP not do workie no more".  That's a common
sense concensious "no brainer".

I have contacted IPSwitch support on occasion and never had to wait more
than 24 hours for an email response and calling works really well too.
Here's another Tip, not necessary a Trick or Hack, but read this one
carefully:    "READ THE FINE MANUAL"
