Thank you for the reply, Rick. Regarding spam, a listserv is common hosting fare that we are expected to offer. Whether we build a listserv for our customers manually in IMail Administrator or allow them convenient self-service through our control panel is irrelevant to any spamming issues. That's a matter for policies and management and only after a list is created.
Thank you for the suggested workaround. Unfortunately, our customers will demand a "vanity" list -- one that incorporates their domain name. I suppose I'll have to script something.
