I'm not sure what you mean by "pained out good for reverse" (are you
writing in a foreign language and having it translated by a
computer?). I'm guessing you mean "Not good for reverse":

Um, yes, you should be worried. If the reverse DNS lookup doesn't return
the name of your server, well, um, you probably don't have a reverse DNS entry.

Yes, it does look like a problem with Charter -- their DNS server either is
badly misconfigured, or it is having temporary problems.
