I had the same problem for months, I spoke with ipswitch techsupport a dozen times, with no help. Finally the tech support manager said to use only 1 DNS address in the smtp setting of Imail administrator. Though Ipswitch says they have never heard of this, I see from the mail list that it is a very common problem. We were having to reboot the server every 2 days.   . R.D.
