Hello,
I just wanted to let everyone know this issue has been resolved.
The problem was our McAfee Netshield anti-virus program. While we were
not scanning the Imail directory to begin with, for some reason, just
the simple fact that the task was running at all slowed down web
messaging to a crawl. Turning off NetShield corrected the problem. It
appears that NetShield was scanning the temporary directory and this may
have been the cause.. At least that is what the Imail support staff
suggested.

I hope this info is helpful to others who may be experiencing this
problem.

Yes, I updated the templates to 7.13 as well.

CPU runs about 5% or so and we have 50% of our RAM available so it's not
the server that is bottlenecked. It's just extremely slow with web
messaging.

Hello,
I don�t know if I am alone on this matter, but our web messaging has
slowed to a crawl after the last update to Imail version 7.13. Before
that, we were running Imail version 7.06 so we made 3 quick upgrades one
after another to bring us p to the latest version. 
It�s not uncommon to take 10 minutes to check your mail using web
messaging.
Has anyone else had any problems? Any suggestions?
