We have had the same problem. After upgrading to new a new server Had no luck finding the problem yet. But it has nothing to do with checking mail on that system. It happen random. We were told to disable Hyper-Threading in the bios. But still the reboots. ???? Ran a mem check and all is good. Updated the MDAC and SP3 still the same
