I am fairly new to IMail and I recently discovered that my server has been added to a few Black Hole list data bases.
How did you discover it?

I am not exactly sure how or why I was black listed.
That depends on which lists you are on. http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm has the list of spam databases, and links to all of them.

"No Mail Relay" option was turned on. I have tested this.
That should keep you off of all the open relay databases.

However, it won't help keep you off other databases (such as ones that list people who intentionally spam, ones that list legitimate customers 'near' known spammers, ones that list open proxies, etc.).

The best assumption that I have for why I have been blacklisted...
If I were you, I wouldn't bother assuming -- I would go to the sites that blacklist you to find out why. If you aren't sure which sites list you, you can use the Spam Database Lookup tool at http://www.DNSstuff.com .

is based on very cryptic explanations from some of the BL sites. My ISP is Qwest and apparently there are known spammers utilizing Qwest IP's. It looks like these BL's have blocked entire IP ranges owned by Qwest. Unfortunately, my IP falls within one of these ranges.

My question's: How do I get off of these BL's?
You have to follow the above steps, first. You need to know which spam databases you are listed in, why they listed you, why you think you should not be listed, and how to get unlisted.
