Ok guys, here's a <hopefully> simple annoyance from web messaging a customer
called me about.
The error is "Failed to position file." when he tries to selectively
delete. If he uses "Delete all" it goes fine. He only averages 20 or so
messages a day, and he deletes the junk from the web so he won't pull it
with Outlook. But the error causes Outlook to pull the "deleted".
Checked the archives and saw a thread and mention of IE 6 being partly
to blame, but he tried it on IE 5 with the same results. Both are using
win98. Ideas?
