user is low-tech, no frills dialup at home. He went to his friend's house
and tried the friend's webmail and got the same error, similar setup there.
I don't want to walk users through reg. settings over the phone of at all
possible.... half can't create a simple DIALER... I don't WANT to know what
damage they'd do in the registry.....Dr TCP huh? hmmm.. have to look into
it. Funny how we haven't had this type of complaint before.
