I seem to be having a small issue over here, I have installed Norton Antivirus 2002 & 2003 on 2 seperate machines, that already have existing email accounts on them (This is not there Imail server) And for some reason After Receiving mail once, I then start to get errors.. This error is in my "Mozilla Mail Client" ============ Cannot connect to server mail.carrz-fox-fire.com; the connection was refused ============ This is an error that I get in Outlook Express. ============ The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Carrz KISS', Server: 'mail.carrz-fox-fire.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E ============ I just checked with another customer that had just called.. And she is using Norton Antivirus 2001... And she said that it has been working flawlessly, and with no errors....
I have checked my log files and sys files, to see if there is anything in there that might say anything,, But nothing, Which I did not thank that it would be, considering that my mail clients on my machines are unable to reach the server... Any body else have this issue, or have had reports of using .. Norton Antivirus 2002 Pro (or) 2003 Pro ??? And what have you do to colve the issue with it,....... If all else fells, I will install back onto my systems. Norton Antivirus 2001, and forget it. And wait until the issue is resolved................
