  I seem to be having a small issue over here,

is an "issue" that better or worse than a "problem" ?

I have installed Norton Antivirus 2002 & 2003 on 2 seperate machines,
that already have
existing email accounts on them (This is not there Imail server) And for
some reason
After Receiving mail once, I then start to get errors..
This error is in my "Mozilla Mail Client"

Cannot connect to server mail.carrz-fox-fire.com; the connection was refused

These AV programs, I think N is one, sometimes install proxies for smtp/pop services, so your mail client has to connect to the proxy, since it will be blocked from direct connect to server.
