I believe that Norton has its own POP3 server that it installs automatically, that is used to intercept POP3 E-mail transfers. So if your customer is running Norton, and there is a problem connecting to your mailserver, it is a Norton issue. If you want to help the customer, you may want to go to Norton's website and search through their Knowledge Base about possible reasons for this issue.I seem to be having a small issue over here, I have installed Norton Antivirus 2002 & 2003 on 2 seperate machines, that already have existing email accounts on them (This is not there Imail server) And for some reason After Receiving mail once, I then start to get errors.. This error is in my "Mozilla Mail Client" ============ Cannot connect to server mail.carrz-fox-fire.com; the connection was refused
