No problem and sorry for the delay in responding. I also have another line
that reads:
X:\IMail\ISPLCLN.EXE -n 5 -l 30

This removes non-log messages older than 5 days and log messages older than
30 days. Be aware that past versions of the spool-cleaning ISPLCLN.EXE
utility had problems. (I use IMail 7.13 and the utility works fine.) You may
also want to look up IMMSGEXP.EXE and see if it would be useful or
applicable for your environment. This does not clean up the \Spool folder
but rather deletes e-mail messages older than "N" number of days. Here's a
