The only domain I have had this problem with is hiwaay.net a local isp in
Alabama,




Actually, that is a different issue (since you never posted the logs, we're 
assuming that IMail sent to the correct IP, and that you are banned from 
their server).  If you post a snippet from your log files showing the 
transaction, we can tell you exactly what is happening.
