If I'm understanding you correctly, you can, if the tertiary domain name
differs (e.g., www vs. mail). Just have an IIS site running on port 80
that answers only to "mail.domain.com", which does the forward to the port
8383 site, and then also a site on port 80 that answers only to
"www.domain.com" and "domain.com", which stays on IIS like a normal
website.
