The most common reason I see for these from msn and hotmail is
really, really big files.
I think, but I'm not sure, that it is not so much that the files
are too large but that at some point in the process the mailbox
size exceeds a limit and the connection is just dropped instead of
an error.
But I'm speculating just based on what I've observed.
