Hi Scott... Thanks for your quick reply....
We used the IMail server for sending some 40,000 messages. This is the second month..... 9,000 users are on AOL...., several hundred at Earthlink... Looks like earthlink ran relay scan... We thought (think) we are not a relay server How do I verify that we are not a relay server? Our SMTP Security settings are Relay mail for and it has two other of our machines 216.112.68.86 and 216.112.68.115.... I looked at the log and I see where mail was refused. I did change the IP as I didn't want other mail blocked. Please give me your thoughts and is there a way to test my machine to see if it is in fact relay free? Have you checked your logs to see if AOL did successfully relay a message? Have you gone to http://postmaster.info.aol.com/ors.html ? -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
