Hello, Wondering how to do this.
1. Travel agent sends a email to client with internaery as a .txt file. This is not Imail it is sent from a Res system. 2. Agent adds a address to the program alias in the cc of email. 3. Email is read by program and entered in to a DB. Anyone done something like this??? What would be the best way to go about it??? I think I can read the text from the file and enter it into the DB but i am not sure on the setup with Imail. Do i setup an alias that forwards to the program alias? Do i need a MBX for this to store the mail as it is read?
