[IMail Forum] No Transport Provider

We have recently just been getting this error on a number of users internet email.  They can receive email but not send any out.  Nothing has changed on the server end.  I have noticed that pretty much all the clients had Outlook 2000.  Any ideas on why this would happen out of the blue?   Thanks,
