We have recently just been getting this error on a number of users internet email. They can receive email but not send any out. Nothing has changed on the server end. I have noticed that pretty much all the clients had Outlook 2000. Any ideas on why this would happen out of the blue?I believe that's an Exchange thing, when it can't find a way to send out Internet mail via SMTP. Most likely, Outlook is misconfigured (such as being set up to use an Exchange server, when it shouldn't).
