I have this customer who can't get outgoing messages to be saved in the Sent folder.
It turns out that this customer created an inbound rule that would delete messages if they are not addressed TO his address (as opposed to Cc or Bcc) Apparently Imail treats the act of depositing outgoing mail into Sent folder as an inbound operation at promptly deletes the message because it sure does not have his address in the TO line. Is this a feature of Imail? Are there any plans to redesign this feature?
