fax servers are great for saving labor on the sending side (no need for hard copy to feed to machine, no need to walk to machine, etc, etc.)removing the fax systems can really save us time and money. It does appear that some branchs go through 2-3 fax toners a month + paper! I really don't not like doing the numbers end of this kind of thing.
On incoming, I think most people still like to see hard copy fax, to say nothing of issues around trying to receive faxes strictly electronically and trying to distribute them electronically, too.
