Dan, Currently the problem does not occur on NT4 so you could probably get away with not installing it right now. However, as I told Bryan, I would add this to my next scheduled maintenance just in case some other Microsoft update causes this to happen on NT. It will not hurt you to install it, but it could prevent a problem in the future.
