I am running a Win2K Server SP3 with IMail 7.13 HF2 w/Declude Virus/JunkMail 1.65  We 
run two Virus Scanners with Declude called F-Prot 3.12c and InoculateIT 6.0  SP1   We 
have this strange issue that occurs every few days.  Once the machine has been 
rebooted all is well, I can use the Browser, PING, FTP, etc.  After a few days 
(nothing listed in the Event Log), I can no longer Browse any Internet pages, nor can 
FTP work, however, I can PING any website via name and IP (i.e. www.yahoo.com).  With 
this in mind, the signature files cannot get updated (my main concern).  What is even 
stranger, all requests from the outside (my clients) can login to this server and get 
their email through WebMessaging, POP3/SMTP works, my terminal connection works.  The 
only thing that does not work is the ftp requests from my scanners and the ability to 
go to the Internet in IE.  We have replaced the NIC card in this machine (now using a 
3COM, was using the Internal IBM NIC), but problem appears under both cards now.  This 
is very puzzeling.  Has anyone seen this?  The only thing I can think of is that 
F-Prot and Inoc may not be playing nice together, however, both RealTime scanners have 
either been disabled or were not installed.  Thanks for any aid?
