We use a Cobalt Raq3i server running DNS services (has all our local entries in it to
route email between all email servers, if not local, then has a secondary entry to our
ISP DNS server) No problems on any other servers using the Internet browser, very
strange issue.

Great question, if I open up Outlook Express it will not work correctly via POP3/SMTP
to my local IP address of my server. However, all Declude notifications and
administrative emails from IMail all work. What is weird is that if I reboot
something gets reset (not sure what). I have stopped Web Messaging Service, IMail Web
Service, etc. trying to trigger this problem resolution, but to no avail.

Nothing has changed on our ISP end nor our router. Again, it will work fine for a few
days, then out of the blue will not let us go to the Internet, yet, I can resolve DNS
from the command prompt (i.e. ping www.yahoo.com with replies)
