No, I've checked all of this. What they DO have in common is a long domain name so that the account name is quite long. One is: [EMAIL PROTECTED] and the other [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Needless to say thenames have been chagnged to protect the innocent) I just tested the first one on my own PC, which works fine with my own account, but would not work with their account detail. Strange.....is there a maximum length here?
