Nope, but you gave me an idea to try. Try a subdomain like [EMAIL PROTECTED] or something similar. I think you stumbled on something Eric, for when I just created and tested [EMAIL PROTECTED], it went through fine. Here is the OE SMTP log from sending that one: Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1106 (xpsp1.020828-1920) SMTP Log started at 01/21/2003 15:11:02 SMTP: 15:11:02 [rx] 220 mail.reliance.net (IMail 7.13 4545-1) NT-ESMTP Server X1 SMTP: 15:11:02 [tx] HELO dst1 SMTP: 15:11:02 [rx] 250 hello mail.reliance.net SMTP: 15:11:02 [tx] MAIL FROM: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> SMTP: 15:11:02 [rx] 250 ok SMTP: 15:11:02 [tx] RCPT TO: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> SMTP: 15:11:02 [rx] 250 ok its for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> SMTP: 15:11:02 [tx] DATA SMTP: 15:11:02 [rx] 354 ok, send it; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF> SMTP: 15:11:02 [tx] ] QUIT SMTP: 15:11:02 [rx] 221 Goodbye Here is the OE SMTP log from trying to send from [EMAIL PROTECTED]: SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 220 mail.reliance.net (IMail 7.13 3756-1) NT-ESMTP Server X1 SMTP: 11:48:03 [tx] EHLO dst1 SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250-mail.reliance.net says hello SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250-SIZE 5242880 SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250-8BITMIME SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250-DSN SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250-ETRN SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250-AUTH LOGIN CRAM-MD5 SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250-AUTH=LOGIN SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 250 EXPN SMTP: 11:48:03 [tx] AUTH LOGIN SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 334 VXNlcm5hbWU6 SMTP: 11:48:03 [tx] dGVzdGVyQGNvbnZvbHV0ZWRkb21haW5uYW1lLm9yZy5tb2M= SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 334 UGFzc3dvcmQ6 SMTP: 11:48:03 [tx] NzgzMjc4MzI= SMTP: 11:48:03 [rx] 500 failed authentication So, it appears the OE issue is with the root domain/subdomain.
