We use http://www.dnsstuff.com with Declude to search all of em
regularly and we only have one after all these years, BlarsBL and even
that is because we are on Qwest, not because of any reported abuse
from our system. This guy blocks most whole providers, except Dutch
ones, or so he tells us. With his list you won't get much spam, but
not much of anything else either... <g>

A> Yes I know. But I have thousands of users who have not setup for
A> secure authentication using many different readers.

A> No, I have been this way for six years and still am not listed as an
A> open relay. Like I said earlier, library attacks here are cut off
A> almost instantly by BlackIce Server Protection and any one who tries
A> to mass mail is trapped by Declude Hijack. Since any one can signup
A> for a free email account, they can instantly establish a relay here,
A> so there is no real point to worrying about it. This is why we have
A> resorted to these other methods which are working just super.

A> We initially used EZSignUp, but this was very bad. Now we have a
A> confirming email response signup and we have not had any major abuser
A> since. This is a tightly monitored system and we are very pleased with
A> our current configuration.
