Jim, We use OL98 and OL2000 on Win98 and OL2000 and OLXP on Win2k and WinXP with LDAP. Periodically we have experienced this problem on the Win98. When restarting the PC fails to fix the problem we remove LDAP from the OL Profile, restart the PC and then re-add LDAP to the OL profile.
