One my users is reported an interesting error. I'm very new to IMAIL, so
this could have an obvious fix that I'm unaware of. This user logs into
IMAIL, and sees the main menu, and can then click on her Main mailbox.

>From there, trying to move to different pages in her main mailbox, delete
messages, or view messages gives her an error saying (and this is a
paraphrase): "Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site
http://sitename/(Xa320djw039(longobfuscatedalphanumeric)/scriptname.29293.cg
i. The connection has been reset."

Then the user is kicked out to the login. This happens on any machine she
tries, so it would appear to be native to her account, and not a system
problem (I can get in and out fine). I read in the knowledge base that:

"If a mailbox is 'locked' then changes like deletions or accepting new mail
cannot be completed. A mailbox may stay locked if it is accessed via
multiple protocols (POP3, IMAP4, Web Messaging) or if there are multiple
accesses via the same protocol, and connections are not closed completely or
correctly. You can stop and restart those services (which will close all
connections and remove locks) and then retry Web Messaging. "

I have stopped/restarted Web Messaging, and rebooted the server.

Does this sound like it makes sense? Any other insights?

Thanks,

-Jeff
