The user can login, and sees the main menu. She then clicks on Main for her
main mailbox. Then she sees the list of all her emails, but she can't
proceed any further-using the Page dropdown to move to a higher page number,
trying to read or delete an image, etc.. The user gets the error below
saying that the connection was reset.

This only seems to happen from inside her office. I can login from my
office (totally seperate location), I can dial-in with a dialup account and
login, and an associate of mine in Atlanta can login, all without loss of
functionality (delete, read, etc..).

My associate in Atlanta is the old mail adminstrator, and was transferred
before he could give me any training or support on IMail, so this is my
trial by fire :)

Thanks,

-Jeff

Jeff,

What exactly happens when they try to access the webmail? Do they get a
"Page can not be displayed" error? Can they get to the page, but not log
in?

Chris

The user has a T1 coming in to their internal network, and is using IE 5.0
as the browser. This particular user's computer hosts the accounting books
and other sensitive software, so the owner of that company (she is an
employee) doesn't want her using the internet. So, the administrator of
their network removed her computer from the network, and she has to use a
colleague's computer to access her webmail.

The "ignore source address in security check" option is already checked. I
can access IMAIL with her address and password from my office, and I have no
problem.

Could this just be a problem with the user's network/firewall?

Thanks, I appreciate your insight.

-Jeff

Is this user on a Satellite connection, AOL dialup or Earthlink Dialup?

This is a security issue.
