The user has a T1 coming in to their internal network, and is using IE 5.0 as the browser. This particular user's computer hosts the accounting books and other sensitive software, so the owner of that company (she is an employee) doesn't want her using the internet. So, the administrator of their network removed her computer from the network, and she has to use a colleague's computer to access her webmail.
The "ignore source address in security check" option is already checked. I can access IMAIL with her address and password from my office, and I have no problem. Could this just be a problem with the user's network/firewall?
