Thanks, I just upgraded my firewall software and apparantly the smtp proxy reset itself to the default settings
If you think you need an SMTP proxy, then I think you need turn off that toy SMTP proxy feature and get a real SMTP proxy machine.So, a firewall WAS the culprit...my firewall..DUH
