But I still have the problem...
the test@ user which really does not exist on the realy worl still able to
send emails to any one on the internet...

That's because you are an open relay.

You *MUST* use "Relay for Addresses" or "No Mail Relay". If you don't use those, we can't help you; spammers WILL use your server to send their mail.

that means anyone can use any collecting letters and use my Imail server to
send emails to the internet and to my local users... which is big problem...

Again, anyone in the world can send to your local users (think about it -- if they couldn't, your users wouldn't get any mail).

Anonymous people on the Internet can only send *outgoing* E-mail from your IMail server *if* you are an open relay.

I have many users access their mail through the dialup from many ISPs differ
than mine, so I cannot use the Relay for addresses only.....

If you cannot use "Relay for Addresses", you must either [1] Use "No Mail Relay" (everyone has to authenticate), or [2] Be an open relay, and give spammers free mail service.

Note that if you can't use "Relay for Addresses", you can't use "No Mail Relay" either, since "Relay for Addresses" is exactly the same as "No Mail Relay", except that it also allows people from certain IPs to send outgoing mail.

So really you are saying "I must be an open relay". If that is the case, you will offer free mail service to spammers, and you will get in more spam databases (so less of your legitimate outgoing mail will get delivered).

Even I used it the test user sill able to access any user arround the
world...

That will happen if you are an open relay. If you are an open relay, anyone in the world can send mail through your server. But you just said that you cannot close the relay, so you are stuck with spammers using your server, until you use either "Relay for Addresses" or "No Mail Relay".
