As a temporary workaround, I entered a line in the IMail server's HOSTS file, pointing the name mailserver.maildomain.com to the IP of backupserver.provider.com.
Is this a known issue with IMail? Can anybody deliver successfully to the 2nd MX? I could find nothing within when I searched Ipswitch KB and Mailing List Archives. Please tell me this has been fixed in 7.14. I have been having to add host file entries with 6.05 and was hoping that my upgrade tomorrow would take care of having to maintain a hosts file.
