Yes, the HOSTS files was empty b4 we added in manually to direct to the
secondary server.
The customer wrote a not so friendly email claiming that they rcx average
400-500 email daily without problems except from ours. i.e 7.14. Now, that
is dissappointing.

We have cleaned the logs. Try sending any email then check your log.
