[IMail Forum] iwebmsg service constantly needs restarting

Running Imail 7.10 on WinNT 4.0 server.  The web messaging service is in need of constant restarting.  Also most of the time the web messaging service is giving problems you cannot get into web monitor either.  Suggestions would be welcome.
