Have you checked to see if your IP address is listed on mail-abuse.org as spam or open relay? We were resetting one of our mail servers after a motherboard failure a few weeks ago and while we were setting it up they tested us and I had not gotten all of the lock down done and got listed for 48 hours till I got it resolved. That doesn't just effect roadrunner, but also AOL, MSN and hotmail.
