What is the solution?
Imail should have an order to resolving destinations:
1. send to store/forward destination (and this should NOT require the destination ip in hosts also to be in "relay for addresses", since we don't want to forced to accept msgs from from an ip that we only want to relay to. 2 totally separate decisions), else
2. send to gateway, else
3. send to @recipient.domain
